I placed an order for a new pressure washer gun and 2 different lances. I was contacted by Darren to inform me that one of the lances wasn’t in stock and give me an alternative option. I was shocked that Darren rang to advise on the situation and managed to resolve the problem. I would highly recommend PWS to any one for any pressure washing equipment and will be going to them for a new machine in the near future. Keep up the good work #greenarmy
I had the pleasure of visiting Precious Towers a week or so ago and i was just amazed. Not only is their kit market leading, but so is their customer service, dedication and reliability. It was an experience from start to finish and Darren, Sonia and team are just the nicest people you could ever meet. I actually walked away at the end of the day thinking I had made some new friends. That is something you just don't get anymore with most businesses. If you haven't purchased from these guys then I can't recommend them strongly enough. I live all the way down in Cornwall but it is worth the drive for me and I'm happy to say that they have a lifelong customer in me. Oh and for the record, YouTube stardom certainly hasn't gone to anyone at PWS's head!

It is rather hard to come by a group of such nice lads who are genuinely interested in solving your problem as opposed to selling you stuff you don’t need. I ordered a 60m high pressure hose and fittings from Darren and the gang at PWS. I am absolutely over the moon with the hose they sent out its the best quality hose I have ever come across, anytime I had any questions or queries they were more than happy to advise me and super responsive they even offered to video call me if i get a little stuck and walk me through things, the customer service I received was absolutely outstanding, these guys really go above and beyond for the customer and I can see why they have a great reputation in the industry i will definitely be back to buy more items in the near future.

Popped in on the off chance someone could fix a connection on a hose , they did with no charge by fitting a new o ring. I offered to pay but the for the minimal cost it wasn't worth it so a good review for good old proper customer service is worth more . Thank you .

Been eyeing up a new system for a while and got no response from several other suppliers. Darren and his team literally saved my day. I was in need of longer hose, hose reel and couple of other bits and it was a real emergency. Visited them and they had what I needed and I was ready to go in less than 30minutes. Not only that, but after realising I was missing one small part to finish the set-up, Darren went over and beyond and he helped me even more long after closing time.
Next to all the super high quality and bomb proof parts, you will get tons of professional advice that you can use in the future. PWS really works with and for their customers, everyone is super friendly and very polite.

Ordered a hotbox boiler for my business. I had my worries as Darren made the ordering process so easy. I was sure something was wrong and i harrassed the life out of him. Bless him he kept assuring me everything was on track. (Sorry Darren) once unit was completed the courier let him down at the last minute. I couldnt believe it when Darren messaged me to say he was bringing it himself. Arrived 6pm on a SATURDAY and stayed till 9pm installing it for me. Nowhere have i ever seen such amazing customer service. The quality of my unit is amazing and have already decided to conduct more business with the company next month. I can't thank Darren enough. You can try the rest but i assure you eventually you will come to the best at PWS
Great service and knowledge from these guys … pretty new to pressure washing and wen to get an old one replanted and they had a great trade in I have bought from them last summer …. they have given me loads of great advice including lately when they could have sold me a new fsc and actually all it needed was new nozzles and worked like new . Ps had a vibrio X fitted and if you haven’t got one GET ONE as cuts done the vibration big time 👍🏼

From the second of answering the phone, Darren & Nathan were extremely helpful in guiding me regarding the jet washer I might need. On arriving at their unit, they went above and beyond to detail what was available, then assembled and demonstrated the model I’d chosen. I would highly recommend this company. Thought he would not have the thread size on the hose I was after but more than happy for me to call in so he could to check it out. He gave me a few bits to make a temporary repair for free. It great to see someone really happy at work and with a friendly smile and so eager to help out.

Really friendly and helpful, was a simple repair on my Dads Karcher that they sorted in 5 minutes on the spot, then refused to accept payment from me for it. Absolutely top service from the team at PWS today. I needed a turbo lance looking at as a matter of urgency today as it stopped working in the middle of a job. They sorted me out straight away even though they were all busy and even had time to sort me out with some other kit. Used PWS for the 1st time and I am really happy to have a good company that are local. They went above and beyond to get my new trigger and lance to me. I rang Friday afternoon and it arrived Monday!
